I don't know what just happened

So, last night I read a bad America/England fic, in which America is a jerk and England just seems to tag along and get angry. Now, I've read some of those before, and while they do annoy me I usually just go "What was that?" and maybe read something I know is good, but not this time. No, this time I went into EPIC FAN RAGE mode. I started ranting to myself about how much I hated that sort of thing and only wanted to read stuff with England being super badass/dominant (I didn't even want to take a break from fic; I wanted to read that stuff). And I'm still mad right now, although at least I'm to the point where I can read normal fluffy stuff, too.
